Sold items get their own shelf
Things you mark as sold now move out of the shop and into a Past items shelf at the bottom of your yard — still there as history, clearly not for sale, and out of everyone's way while browsing.
Front Yard greets you in your language
The site now notices the language your phone or browser is set to and starts there — no picking required. You can still switch anytime at the bottom of any page or in Settings.

Front Yard now speaks Spanish and French
Pick your language at the bottom of any page or in Settings. It sticks, and it follows your account to your other devices. What people write — item names, descriptions, messages — always stays in their own words.
A help centre
Straight answers to the questions people actually ask — how paying works, what the countdown on an item means, waitlists, invites, and more. It's at /help, in every language.

Mark things as sold
One tap on any item in your list, and nobody can buy it anymore. Tap Relist to put it back up.
Show what something is worth
There's a Retail price box on the item form now. Put what it costs new, and buyers see that price crossed out next to yours — but only if it's actually higher.
See when someone else is interested
If another shopper has an item in their basket right now, you'll see a small note on the card. Just a count — never who.

House rules, agreed up front
Front Yard now has proper Terms of Use, and everyone reads and accepts them once before coming in. They say the important things plainly: Front Yard isn't part of your sale, never touches the money, and doesn't referee disputes.

A Sunday digest
Once a week, everyone in a yard gets one friendly email: what's new on the shelf, what just went on sale, and any events coming up. No news that week? No email. Sellers can switch it off in Settings.
Put Front Yard on your phone
It installs like a real app — its own icon, full screen, no app store. There's a step in Settings that does it in two taps.
Everything got faster
Pages now arrive in one quick breath instead of trickling in, and photos load as you scroll. The difference is biggest on phones.

Dibs you can see
When something is on hold there's now a countdown showing how long is left. Honey means it's yours to pay for; green means it's reserved for you next.

Photo, title, price, next. The fastest way to clear a whole garage in one sitting — with a streak counter to keep you going.

Tell a yard you're after a kids' bike, and the moment something matching is listed you get an email that opens right onto it. Share it with the seller or keep it private.
Sale events and neighbourhood hubs
Wrap your yard in a weekend event with one share link, or join up with neighbours so several households share a single page.
Talk on the order
Every order has its own thread between exactly you and the other person. "Running ten minutes late" — right where it belongs.
